The Diamond Hooves Value Framework
The Diamond Hooves Value Framework highlights token scarcity, demand-driven burns, deflationary supply, NFT interoperability, and income opportunities, driving ecosystem growth and engagement.
Perceived Value
Our ecosystem runs seamlessly without the need for maximum participation or full capacity. Races are automatically scheduled every five days, ensuring continuous activity regardless of user numbers. This consistent operation reinforces the perceived value of $DMND, as players and investors can rely on an active system even without mass adoption. Players can engage with minimal effort, simply by holding horses or stables, while still benefiting from regular race events. This blend of passive engagement and gameplay mechanics allows players to stay involved with little maintenance, while also offering opportunities for deeper interaction.
Reduced Emissions (Demand)
$DMND reduces emissions by creating diverse use cases within the ecosystem that drive ongoing demand. Actions like upgrading stables/land, entering races, paying cooldown fees, and upgrading tokens all create utility for $DMND, ensuring its continuous circulation within our ecosystem. These use cases incentivize players to engage with the ecosystem, naturally reducing the token supply in circulation. The constant demand from these activities helps stabilize the token’s value, fostering both short-term engagement and long-term sustainability.
Deflationary Mechanism (Supply)
$DMND employs a deflationary strategy to reduce the circulating supply through burns triggered by various ecosystem interactions. Every transaction—whether upgrading stables, racing, or engaging in other gameplay—results in tokens being burned, ensuring a steady decrease in the total supply. This process creates long-term scarcity, supporting value appreciation over time. By systematically reducing the circulating supply, $DMND fosters a balanced economy, rewarding both long-term holders and active players.
Interoperability of NFTs
In our ecosystem, players can engage with stables, horses, or both. Holding a horse grants access to enter races and compete for prize pools. Stables provide capacity to house horses and can be upgraded or rented, enhancing gameplay. Each stable also features upgradable land plots that offer services to improve the rentability of horses. When stables and horses are combined, both earn emissions. While holding both stables and horses offers additional benefits, it is not required to participate in the ecosystem.
User Income & Value Generation
Our ecosystem offers players several avenues for generating tokens while enhancing the utility of $DMND. Through activities like racing and stable management, players can earn tokens by optimizing their horses and stables. Upgrading stables boosts horse performance and gameplay efficiency, increasing earnings. Staking provides players with the opportunity to earn APRs while contributing to the ecosystem's stability and reducing token supply. Additionally, breeding horses creates new assets for racing or trading, generating revenue and reinforcing the economy.
